1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the fg771 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of fg771.app. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fg771 platform and close any account you may have registered.

fg771 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the fg771 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. fg771 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) fg771 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. fg771 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fg771 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify fg771 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. fg771 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

fg771 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR standards and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and any other documentation reasonably requested by fg771 as part of the verification process. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the fg771 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fg771 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your fg771 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. fg771 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. fg771 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fg771 account. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

4.3 Fees

fg771 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fg771 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). fg771 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fg771 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All fg771 slot games and virtual table games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG certification ensures that results are statistically random and not influenced by previous outcomes or external factors.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. 6.3 Bet Settlement

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg771 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Allowing or facilit ating access to your fg771 account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fg771 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fg771 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of fg771.app, is the property of fg771 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fg771 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any fg771 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on fg771 content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg771 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fg771 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or network interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs, provided that fg771 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors upon discovery.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

fg771's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fg771 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fg771 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fg771's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, fg771 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and fg771, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fg771 customer support. fg771 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent fg771 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
